Ruff is one of the two main (former) antagonists in Arlo the Alligator Boy, and a minor character in I ♥ Arlo. He's a hunter who owns a failing alligator museum along with his partner Stucky, and tried to capture Arlo to become rich. Following Arlo's reunion with his dad, Ruff changes his ways.
